A unique 90-minute workshop that beautifully weaves together mindful movement and reflective writing to create a powerful practice of self-discovery and emotional release. The session begins with a gentle, flowing yoga sequence designed to open the body and quiet mental chatter, preparing participants for deeper introspection. Following the physical practice, students engage in guided journaling exercises using prompts that encourage exploration of thoughts, feelings, and insights that arose during movement. This practice helps process stress, clarify goals, work through challenges, and cultivate gratitude and self-compassion. Participants learn various journaling techniques including stream-of-consciousness writing, gratitude practices, intention setting, and emotional processing methods. No writing experience necessary—the focus is on authentic expression rather than perfect prose. Students leave with practical tools for continuing this integrative practice at home, fostering ongoing personal growth and emotional well-being.
